Okay. So what I am going to take you through now is a bicep curl using a suspension system, okay. So first of all, we are going to find our extreme length, okay. So we are going to walk out so we have got a strain on the strap, like so. We are going to raise our hands nice and high and what we are going to do is simply do a bicep curl and bring our fingertips towards our forehead, like so.

Same again, the more weight you have underneath the suspension system and the tension on the strap, the harder the exercise will be. So therefore, the more strain you will have on your bicep as you contract towards the forehead, like so.
