Okay, so what I am going to take you through now is a single arm chest press using a medicine ball, like so. First of all, you are going to place one hand on the floor and one hand upon the medicine ball, okay. So we will use the medicine ball now is as a platform so you can create a bigger deficit for the range of movement with the pectoral muscle in the chest, okay. So very simple, we are going to go into that nice press-up position, like so. From there, we are going to bend both arms and take our chest down to ground as normal, but because the right arm is raised, that is going to create a further stretch for the pectoral muscle, like so.

And then what we can simply do, drop the knee, switch it over onto the opposite side and perform exactly the same movement again, like so. One, two, three.
