Okay, so what I'm gonna take you through now is a bicep curl using a medicine ball. Now like what we talked about before, all a medicine ball is, is an element of resistance. So you think about the bicep curl, you bring the medicine ball into that position, and then you perform the exercise, and the resistance will come from the weight of the medicine ball, like so. Three. So I keep my wrist nice and neutral, and all the tension is on my biceps, my elbows are kept in nice and tight, and all the weight is lifted purely from the bicep contracting the arm into that flexion position. Simple as that.
