Okay, so I am going to cover now is a core exercise using an exercise step, okay. What we're going to do is a very simple v-sit, alright, a balancing method on top of the box, like so. And from that position there, you are going to bring your fingers up and point your fingers straight through your toes and hold that position on top of the box, like so. All the tensions on the core, okay, because the core is controlling the stability of the body in that balance position, so that is a core exercise using the exercise step.
