Okay, so what I am going to take you through now is the medicine ball, okay, but using the medicine ball as a platform to work from doing a mountain climber. Okay. So these are known as med ball mountain climbers, alright. Very simple, we are going to place our hands on top of the medicine ball, like so. Walk the feet back, okay, and already you are putting strain in the abdominal wall. Now from there, you are going to take your right knee across the body, like so. One, back out to that full extension and then left knee and keep repeating that movement over and over, okay. Keeping the tension on the abdominal wall throughout the whole time. Keep your eye line neutral to your neck and keep the body nice and still as you can as you perform the exercise. Keeping the tension all the way down the abdominal wall.
